Guardian appoints new executive chairman

Guardian Metal Resources plc has appointed non-executive director and chairman J.T. Starzecki as executive chairman.

Mr Starzecki is an executive in the metals and mining sector with a track record in advancing strategic initiatives and driving growth across project stages.

His expertise covers project development, capital markets and government engagement, commercial structuring, and corporate governance.

Mr Starzecki has also worked closely with the US Government to advance domestic mining initiatives “designed to strengthen the resilience of the American supply chain”.

He has led exploration and development projects for critical minerals such as lithium, boron and potash in the US, and other minerals including polyhalite, magnesite, kaolin and gold in various global locations.

Guardian holds exploration and development licences for metals and minerals licences, with a focus on tungsten, in Nevada.
