GreenRoc Mining raises £18,000 from broker option

GreenRoc Mining plc has raised £18,000 before costs by placing 400,000 new ordinary shares at 4.5 pence per share in a broker option announced earlier in December.

BROKER OPTION

The broker option, which closed on 22 December, was for those existing shareholders and other investors who had no opportunity to participate in a placing conducted at the time.

Participants were able to acquire up to a total of 4,444,444 new ordinary shares to raise up to £200,000 before costs.

The enlarged issued share capital of GreenRoc will comprise 118,600,001 ordinary shares, each with one voting right. The company holds no ordinary shares in treasury.

Alba Mineral Resources plc which holds GreenRoc in its portfolio, now owns a 50.6% majority interest in the company.
