GreenRoc issues 3.8m new shares

GreenRoc Strategic Materials plc has issued 3,846,153 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in a warrants exercise at 2p per warrant share, for £76,923.06.

Following admission, the company’s issued share capital will comprise 274,464,939 ordinary shares each of 0.1p each, with voting rights.

GreenRoc holds licences for graphite at Amitsoq and ilmenite at Thule Black Sands, Greenland.
