GreenRoc Strategic Materials plc has issued 11,538,461 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each following a warrants exercise at two pence per share, for £230,769.

Following admission, the company’s total issued share capital will comprise 295,234,168 ordinary shares, with voting rights.
The company has no shares in treasury.
GreenRoc, which holds graphite and ilmenite exploration licences in Greenland, also noted that its potential off-take partner Morrow Batteries ASA had filed for bankruptcy.
In 2024, the parties signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to develop graphite active anode material.
GreenRoc said that Morrow’s financial situation had “minimal influence” over its own position as a “future producer of graphite active anode material”.
