GreenRoc Strategic Materials plc has issued 961,538 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the company following an exercise of warrants, at two pence each, for £19,230.76.

The warrant exercise follows that on 7 November of 3,846,153 new ordinary shares, at the same value and exercise price, for £76,923.06.
Following admission, the company’s issued share capital will comprise 279,272,630 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each, with voting rights.
