Following the exercise, Mr Sprott will hold approximately 99,166,667 ordinary shares, equal to 19.9% of the Canadian company’s issued share capital.

Galantas also reported that on 13 April 2026, an additional 1.5m common share purchase warrants were exercised at the same price.

On admission of the 40.5m new ordinary shares, the company’s issued share capital will comprise 499,363,772 ordinary shares.

As at January 2026, Galantas owned around 20% of the Cavanacaw gold mine alongside seven exploration licences in Omagh, Northern Ireland and the Gairloch base and precious metals exploration licences in northwest Scotland.

The reduced shareholding followed the September 2025 sale of 80% of Cavanacaw and its subsidiary Flintridge Resources Ltd to majority owner and operator Ocean Partners Ltd, in exchange for US$14m (£10m) loans.

Since November 2025, Galantas has diversified into Chile with the acquisition of two projects in exchange for shares in the company.
