Fluorsid British Fluorspar becomes Green Land PD

Derbyshire-based Fluorsid British Fluorspar Ltd has changed its name to Green Land PD.

Companies House recorded the change on 16 February and lists only one person, who also owns more than 75% of the shares, as Tommaso Giulini.

In less than six months, the Italian company has lost several directors including CEO Lior Metzinger, Isaac Gelain on 30 October 2023, Andrea Alessandro Muntoni on 11 December and Robert Ridley on 19 January.
