First Class Metals plc investor The 79th Group has reduced its holding in the company from 11.8% to zero.

POLYMETAL

A TR-1 notification issued today showed that the threshold was crossed on 27 March 2026.

The investment group previously sold 21.7% of its holding on 20 February 2026.

The 79th Group is currently in administration following the start in February 2025 of a City of London Police fraud investigation.

First Class owns polymetal projects in the Schreiber-Hemlo Greenstone Belt of Ontario, Canada.
