Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc has issued options to its chief financial officer and executive director.

The company has issued options over a total of 3,721,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each to Will Holland under the company’s enterprise management incentive (EMI) share option plan.

The share options have an exercise price of 2.31 pence per ordinary share and vest in three equal tranches after each of 12, 24 and 36 months and will be valid to 1st June 2028.
