EnQuest directors awarded 18m share options

Three EnQuest plc directors were awarded an aggregate 17,684,544 nil-cost options of £0.05 each as part of the company’s performance share plans of 2021 and 2024.

Chief executive officer Amjad Bseisu was awarded a total 7,543,281 share options and executive director Salman Malik received 5,422,873.

Chief financial officer Jonathan Copus was awarded 4,718,390 under the 2024 PSP.
