Cornish Metals Inc has issued 800,000 new shares following the exercise of stock options for common shares without par value, at 10 cents per common share, for C$80,000 (£43,316).
Following admission, the company’s issued and outstanding share capital will consist of 1,253,501,993 common shares.
Cornish Metals does not hold any common shares in treasury.
The Canadian explorer and developer is advancing its wholly owned and permitted South Crofty tin project in Cornwall.
