Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc has increased its recent fundraise to a total of £1,728,700, following further commitments from investors.

ADMISSION
The non-brokered private placement, at 10 pence per share, was oversubscribed when compared with the company’s initial intention on 12 September to raise £1.5 million.
The fundraise attracted interest from current investors and “primarily from a number of long-term value investors from North America.”
Conroy expects to receive the new funds by 30 September 2025, after which it will apply for the fundraise shares to be admission to trading on AIM.
The company holds exploration interests for base and precious metals on both sides of the Irish border and for gold in Finland.
