Arkle Resources plc non-executive director David Cockbill today bought 2.5 million ordinary shares of €0.0025 each in the company on-market, at 0.715 pence per ordinary share.
ASSETS
Following the purchase, Mr Cockbill’s beneficial interest in the company is now 40,793,741 ordinary shares, representing 2.57% of Arkle’s issued share capital.
The company holds uranium exploration interests in Namibia, lithium in Botswana and Ireland, as well as zinc also in Ireland.
