Arkle Resources plc non-executive director David Cockbill has bought 2.4 million ordinary shares of €0.0025 each in the company, at a price of 0.58 pence per ordinary share.

The £13,920 on-market purchase on 22 April 2026 increases Mr Cockbill’s beneficial interest in Arkle to 38,293,741 ordinary shares, representing 2.52% of the issued share capital.
The company holds uranium, copper-zinc and lithium exploration assets in Namibia, Ireland and Botswana respectively.
