Arkadian Strategic Metals plc, formerly Alba Mineral Resources plc, began trading today, 8 June 2026, under its new name.

ASSETS

The company’s main project is the Clogau-St David’s gold mine along with wider exploration licences in North Wales.

Arkadian’s additionally has a 51% interest are in the Motzfeldt critical minerals project, and 23.97% ownership of its spin-out, GreenRoc Strategic Minerals plc, which is exploring for graphite and ilmenite in Greenland.

The company also has an 11.765% share in Horse Hill oil production in Surrey, England and 100% of the Finnsbo rare earth elements-copper-gold earn-in in Sweden.
