Altona Rare Earths plc will issue 11,666,666 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each, following warrant exercises over five million shares, each at 1.5 pence, and 6,666,666 ordinary shares, each at two pence, for an aggregate £208,333.

Following admission of the 11,666,666 new shares, the company’s enlarged share capital and total voting rights will number 370,348,968.
Altona has no shares held in treasury.
Proceeds will fund the fluorspar and gallium resource estimate and scoping study at the company’s Monte Muambe project in northwest Mozambique.
