Aggregates West Ltd has appointed Neil Gawthorpe as a director effective on 23 May 2023.
The chief executive officer of parent company Tungsten West plc has also been appointed a director at Tungsten West Services Ltd.
On 6 May, co-founder and former Tungsten West executive chairman Mark Thompson resigned from Aggregates West and ceased to be a person with significant control of the company on 16 May.
Companies House published the changes on 26 May.
In addition to Mr Gawthorpe, Aggregates West’s officers include secretary Ben Harber and Tungsten West chief financial officer Nigel Widdowson.
