Tungsten West NED sells 210,000 shares
Tungsten West plc non-executive director Richard Maxey has sold 210,000 ordinary shares of one pence each in the company for 7.35 pence per ordinary share. Following the £15,435 sale on 5 June, Mr Maxey holds no shares in Tungsten West. The company is focused on restarting the Hemerdon tin-tungsten mine near Plymouth in Devon.
