Viaro Energy Ltd has increased its shareholding to 3.19% of its target acquisition Deltic Energy plc.

On 26 March, the company bought 529,000 ordinary Deltic shares on market, at 3.4822 pence per share, taking its holding to 2,972,880 ordinary shares.
The purchase follows that on 2 March of 2,443,880 Deltic shares.
The transactions come ahead of the industry regulator’s decision on Viaro’s £6.9 million cash offer for Deltic.
At the end of February 2026, the North Sea Transition Authority’s deferred its decision until late March 2026, without committing to a definite date.
