Tullow Oil plc today reported a purchase of 960,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the company by a person closely associated with its chairman Roald Goethe. Birgitte Plauborg bought the shares on 15 June 2026 at £0.136 each, for an aggregate £130,095.40. Tullow’s main production assets are offshore Ghana.
