Panther Metals plc has issued 60,000 new ordinary shares of no par value, following a warrants exercise, for a total of £45,000.

Following admission, the company’s total issued share capital will comprise 8,759,986 ordinary shares, with one voting right each.
Panther does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
The company is progressing its Obonga and Dotted Lake exploration licences and the historic Winston gold mine tailings recovery project in Ontario, Canada.
