Ormonde Mining plc director Keith O’Donnell has resigned with immediate effect for personal and business reasons.
Mr O’Donnell became a member of the company’s restructured board in November 2021.
“Keith has over the past four years made a significant contribution to the business, including towards the development of our investment portfolio,” said chairman Brian Timmons.
“He leaves the board with our great appreciation for his services.
“We wish him every success in his other business interests.”
Ormonde has gold opportunities in Canada and Spain as well as an 18.9% investment in Peak Nickel Ltd which holds the Portsoy nickel-copper-cobalt licence in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
