Oriole Resources plc has issued three million new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each, following a warrants exercise at a price of 0.25p per share, for an aggregate £7,500.
CAPITAL
Following admission, the company will have outstanding a total of 147,447,778 warrants and 399,916,245 options over ordinary shares, representing 3.78% and 10.25% respectively of the enlarged issued share capital.
On admission, Oriole’s issued share capital will total 3,901,202,338 ordinary shares.
The company holds gold exploration projects in Cameroon and Senegal, West Africa.
