Oriole Resources plc has issued 16.5 million new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each, following a warrants exercise at a price of 0.25p each, for £41,250.

Following admission, the company’s issued share capital will comprise 3,917,702,338 ordinary shares.
A total of 130,947,778 warrants and 399,916,245 options over ordinary shares, representing 3.34% and 10.21% respectively of Oriole’s enlarged issued share capital, remain outstanding.
The company’s gold exploration assets comprise the 4,091km2 Central Licence Package in central Cameroon and the Senala project in southeast Senegal.
