Metals Exploration plc has issued 1,968,396 new ordinary shares, of £0.0001 each, following an exercise of options at £0.0492 per share for a total of £96,845.
Following admission, the company’s total issued share capital will comprise 3,359,851,580 ordinary shares in issue, of which 299,385,458 ordinary shares are held in treasury.
The total voting rights number 3,060,466,122.
Metals is preparing for first gold this December at La India gold mine in Nicaragua, and additionally holds gold production, development and exploration assets in the Philippines.
