Karelian Diamond Resources plc investor Steve Coomber has reduced his stake in the company to 8 million ordinary shares of €0.00025 each.
The figure is equivalent to 4.66% of the company’s current issued ordinary shares and voting rights.
Mr Coomber previously held 10,330,065 shares, equal to 6.01% of the company’s issued share capital, as stated on its website.
Karelian holds exploration assets for diamonds in Finland and metals in Northern Ireland.
