Helium One Global Ltd has appointed Nishant Dighe as a non-executive director, subject to due diligence.
Mr Dighe has a background in engineering and business with more than thirty years’ experience across a broad range of organisations.
He has held roles at ExxonMobil, strategic consultancy with Marakon Associates, and as chief operating officer and interim chief executive officer of Oslo-listed Panoro Energy.
Most recently he was CEO of RAK Gas, the National Oil and Gas Company of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, and as CEO of the RAK Petroleum Authority.
Mr Dighe holds a Masters in both Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College London, as well as an MBA from Warwick Business School.
Helium One’s interests are in the southern Rukwa Basin, Tanzania and in Colorado, USA.
