Helium One appoints Kai Gruschwitz as technical director

Helium One Global Ltd has appointed Kai Gruschwitz as technical director.

The company said it had issued 3,000,000 ordinary share options to Mr Gruschwitz.

These will vest in three equal tranches over the next three years and are exercisable at 6.25p per share, a premium of 16.8% to the closing share price on 22 February 2023.
