Guardian Metal Resources plc said it marked the start of trading today on the New York Stock Exchange by ringing the NYSE closing bell at 4pm Eastern Time (8pm GMT).

POWER METAL
The company continues to trade on the London Stock Exchange.
Guardian’s main project is exploration and development of the tungsten deposit at Pilot Mountain and the Tempiute tungsten mine and mill site, both in Nevada, USA.
The company is a 2021 spin-out of Power Metal Resources plc, which has an interest in Pilot Mountain through its £4 million investment in Apex Royalties Ltd.
Apex, in turn, has a royalty over the combined projects.
Power Metal chief executive officer Sean Wade is a non-executive director of Apex.
