Fulcrum expands issued share capital

Fulcrum Metals plc has received notice of the exercise of 2,550,000 broker warrants over new ordinary shares of one pence each in the company, at three pence per share, for £76,500.

On admission, the company’s issued ordinary share capital will comprise 124,512,212 ordinary shares of one pence each, with one voting right each.

Fulcrum does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The company holds the Teck-Hughes and Sylvanite gold mines tailings recovery projects in the Kirkland Lake mining camp of Ontario.

Fulcrum also has interests in mineral exploration and development in Ontario and Saskatchewan, Canada.
