Focus Xplore plc non-executive directors Louis Scheepers and Lukas Marthinus Maree have resigned, with immediate effect.
“The company thanks both gentlemen for their support and contribution to the company during their tenure over the last several years and wishes them the very best in their future endeavours,” said Focus.
Mr Maree’s role as chairman of the audit and risk committee and Mr Scheepers’ post as a member of the remuneration committee, will be assumed by NED James Tosh.
In addition to Mr Tosh, the board now comprises chief executive officer Patrick Cullen and non-executive chairman Sean Wade, who is also chief executive officer of Power Metal Resources plc and a director of Apex Royalties Ltd and Global Silver Corporation Ltd.
Focus has uranium, lithium and selected rare earth elements projects in Ontario, Canada.
