Down-hole jet pump installed at Wressle

A down-hole jet pump has been installed on Wressle-1 and the well recompleted in a successful workover before production resumes.

FINAL STAGES

The joint venture on PEDL180 and 182 comprise operator Egdon Resources plc (30%), Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc (30%) and Union Jack Oil plc (40%).

Union Jack and Europa today said that a new surface Triplex pump had been installed and connected. 

“The final stages of the surface facilities upgrades are nearing completion.  

“The re-instatement of production operations at Wressle-1 well is currently expected during the week commencing 23 October 2023.”
