Deltic Energy plc reported that on 15 February non-executive director Peter Nicol purchased one million ordinary shares of 0.5p each at a price of 2.6p.

Mr Nicol is now beneficially interested in a total two million ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.11% of the voting rights in the company.
