Critical Mineral Resources plc executive chairman Dominic Traynor has resigned “to pursue other ventures”.
“The company wishes him the very best in his future endeavours,” said Critical Mineral.
“Dominic has been a key part of CMR since its inception, and his guidance on both corporate matters and strategy have been invaluable during this time.”
Chief executive officer Charlie Long added: “On behalf of the whole board, I would like to sincerely thank Dominic for his contribution to the company.”
Critical Mineral expects to announce its new chairman on 16 February 2026.
The company holds silver-copper exploration licences in Morocco.
