Corpus Resources plc non-executive director James Stenhouse has bought 87,029,182 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in the company, for £9,924.86.
Following the purchase on 1 October 2026, Mr Stenhouse now holds 1,093,333,400 and 94,570,337 indirect shares, for a total of 1,187,903,737.
He remains the company’s largest shareholder with 18.75% of its issued share capital.
Corpus is currently reviewing potential oil and gas acquisitions to establish its portfolio, preferably with a non-operated interest in producing and near-production assets.
