Cornwall Resources Ltd has received the first of two diamond core drilling rigs at its Redmoor tungsten, tin and copper project in the east of the county.

RELOGGING
Priority Drilling UK Ltd’s rig will drill the first three boreholes at the project before the second drill arrives to help complete the nine-hole programme for 5,300 metres.
Cornwall Resources said that operations were expected to begin within a few days after site setup.
Acquired data will contribute to a new JORC (2012) compliant mineral resource estimate expected to complete during the first quarter of 2026.
The company’s relogging and sampling also continues of 2017 drillcore with a further three drillholes completed, representing 1,072.51m, and 83 new samples under analysis.
A further 5,949.63m of drillcore remains from 17 holes for re-logging and sampling, which will continue alongside the 2025 drilling programme.
Cornwall Resources also awaits analytical results from 328 soil samples collected from the Tamar Valley licence adjacent to Redmoor.
The fieldwork was designed to test continuity of known mineral occurrences, generate further targets for future exploration and improve understanding of the regional geology.
Project manager Dennis Rowland added: “With renewed significant expenditure and an expanded team, CRL can deploy multiple workflows designed to grow the story in Cornwall and progress our critical minerals project within the highly prospective Tamar Valley.”
