Cornish Metals directors purchase 874,850 shares

Cornish Metals Inc reported that two of its directors have purchased, in aggregate, 874,850 common shares, each at a price of eight pence.

HOLDINGS

On 10 October 2025, chief executive officer Lodewyk ‘Don’ Turvey bought 249,850 common shares, taking his beneficial interest to 499,850, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital in the company

On the same date, non-executive director John McGloin purchased 625,000 common shares and now has 680,556 (0.05%).

The Canadian company is advancing its wholly owned South Crofty tin mine project in Pool, Cornwall.
