Corcel plc has granted a total 307,033,155 five-year share options to directors and key executives.
An aggregate 15,745,290 options fall under the company’s existing enterprise management scheme.
Each option entitles the holder upon exercise to one ordinary share of £0.0001 of the company.
One third of the options issued will vest in December of each year following grant, and both the time in service and the share price trading metrics must be attained for the options to fully vest.
Executive chairman Antoine Karam receives a total 125,962,320 options; executive director MD Angola Geraldine Geraldo and non-executive director Pradeep Kabra were each awarded 31,490,580 options; and other personnel or consultants received a total 118,089,675 options, all vesting between £0.0160 and £0.0640.
