Breedon Group plc non-executive director Clive Watson bought 7,380 shares of 140p each in the company at a price of 342.16p per ordinary share.

The director’s dealing totalling £25,251 follows his purchase earlier in May of 1,854 shares of nil par value in the company at a price of 67.86p per ordinary share. 

Mr Watson now holds 164,109 ordinary shares in Breedon.
