Borders NED buys 1.5m shares

Borders & Southern Petroleum plc non-executive director Will Hodson has bought 1.5 million shares in the company.

The purchases on 30 and 31 January 2026 were at an average price of 8.93p per share.

Mr Hodson’s total holding in Borders is now 2.5 million.

The company is the operator and owner of three production licences in the South Falkland Basin, including the Darwin gas condensate discovery, covering an overall area of nearly 10,000 km2.
