Borders issues 1.4m new shares

Borders & Southern Petroleum plc has issued 1,421,050 new ordinary shares of one pence each, after a warrants exercise at 10p per warrant share, for an aggregate £142,105.

Following admission, the company’s total issued share capital will comprise 880,841,724 ordinary shares, each with voting rights.

Borders does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The oil and gas explorer holds three production licences, covering nearly 10,000 km2 and which include the Darwin gas condensate discovery, in the South Falkland Basin.
