Altona Rare Earths plc non-executive chairman Harvey Sinclair has bought 154,995 ordinary shares of £0.01, at £0.032 per share.
HOLDING
The £4,959.84 purchase on 8 May results in Mr Sinclair’s beneficial holding increasing to 2,100,757 shares, representing 0.47% of the company’s issued share capital.
Altona owns the Monte Muambe rare earth elements-fluorspar-gallium project in Mozambique and the Sesana copper-gold project in Botswana.
