Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc has issued a total of 4,558,258 new ordinary shares of €0.001 each, following warrants exercises at 9.5 pence per ordinary share, for circa £433,034.

The warrants relate to the company’s fundraise on 9 October 2024, with the remaining 2,697,224 unexercised warrants now lapsed.
Substantial shareholder Philip Hannigan received one million new ordinary shares and will hold 10,058,445 ordinary shares, representing 13.07% of Conroy’s enlarged share capital.
The estate of Professor Richard Conroy exercised warrants over 779,763 ordinary shares, taking his holding to 5,026,431 ordinary shares (6.53%).
Alongside the warrants exercise, the estate will receive £74,078 to clear an outstanding shareholder loan.
Following admission, the company’s total issued voting share capital will comprise 76,949,433 ordinary shares, each with one voting right.
